Want to ask David Crowder, of the appropriately named David Crowder Band, a question?
Now is your chance.
They just released a new album called, “Church Music” and I’ve got three copies to giveaway. Enter by leaving a comment on this post until Wednesday, October 14 with the one question you’d love to ask David Crowder. (Possible questions might include: How was recording the new album? What’s your favorite book? Any advice for someone thinking about growing/manicuring a significant goatee? Etc.) Seriously, ask whatever, you guys are too creative to ask boring questions.
I’ll pick three winners, send them to David Crowder and then post his response.
Sound good? Let’s do it.

Dear Mr. Crowder: We would like to know if you could give a name to the barn behind the Crowder house, what would you name it…Fred, Megan, Sebastian?…Inquiring minds need to know.
seriously I've tried for 4 years to get a copy of his first cd that is out of print… please just ask him to put it on itunes or something… "this is all that I can say" is a song that got me through so much and I have already gotten the local used cd shop mafia on a hunt for me… it's costing me ho ho's man!!!
Dear Mr. Crowder,
You're famous. What's it like to see yourself on YouTube?
Hmm, David Crowder *Band is my favorite all time band so I would have to ask in a 3 part question – If you were given the opportunity to perform in any third world country where God would miraculously translate english to their native tongue, where would you go? 2nd part, why there? 3rd part aside from your God inspired music, how else would you witness to them?
In true SCL form I would ask, 'How metrosexual is your worship leader?'
How much do you love the game Red Rover? Would you like to play Red Rover with me and my family? And, would you prefer to rupture your liver or break a rib?
Let's do our part to bring the awesome.
Generally coming to the conclusion that B-Wack is an otherworldly creature, where did you find him and how have you succeeded at learning to harness his abilities, and his hygiene?
I would ask, " Are you ever afraid of misrepresenting Jesus in your music?"
I’ve been learning that you have to “be” before you can “do”. Do you ever get so caught up in the “doing” part of ministry that you feel like you’ve lost yourself and forgotten to just “be” a disciple? How do you personally balance the two in your life?
What inspired you to add the part where you clowned on that interviewer in your A Beautiful Collision (A variety) album on the Lark Ascending track? Great stuff.
What led to his writing the song Only You and can I get free tickets to the tour they are having in Lexington, Ky in November?

David – what is that one thing you enjoy doing that relaxes you when you get stressed out?
It looks like it is going to be a good CD.
question: Do you ever get annoyed with your own music being overplayed at campus ministries, churches, radio stations, etc…?
Answer Redmond's question.
Okay my question- have you guys really been fed that much lasagna that you have to put it in your tech rider not to have it in your green room?
What person/book/event has been the most influential in forming who you are today?
