Biggest Stuff Christians Like giveaway ever!

It’s been a big week and I asked Zondervan if I could finish it out in a big way by giving out 5 copies of the Bible Experience. Not familiar with that? Imagine an audio Bible that was on performance enhancing amounts of awesomeness.
It’s 400 different people, including Denzel Washington, Angela Bassett and LL Cool J (Uncle L he plays Samson) reading through the Bible in a really powerful way.
It’s 79 CDs. It costs $125. And we’ve got 5 to give away.
That’s over $600 in fun this weekend.
So how do you enter? Simple.

For instance, I just went to www.firstgiving.com/scl and scrolled to the bottom of the page and realized someone had posted this comment today when they gave $5:

Although the giver was anonymous, I have a sneaking suspicion the person who wrote that has a name that starts with a J and ends with an “on Acuff.”

That’s a crazy thing to think we can do, but the more I thought about it this morning, the more I realized I had to edit this post and say, why not? Plus, Zakk needs some new clothes and we’re only $1,900 away from him getting a new accessory.

Please Please Please randomly pick me. I have really wanted one of those for a long time. After borrowing the NT CDs from the library and listening to Acts and Romans, my son said randomly "Mom, when my sister lies does that mean she is under the law and when she doesn't then she is not under the law?…" (he was 6!)
Ok, I gave a little bit and here was my own comment "It's finals week, but I'm giving up my Redbull and EasyMac so that they might get to take finals." I really hope that they do. As much as I complain, my education is such a gift. Plus, I felt super convicted today due to a good sermon to think about things God asks us to do not as an obligation but as an OPPORTUNITY.
