I heard about the tremendous loss the family of Steven Curtis Chapman experienced this morning on the radio.
I am in the process of contacting a family friend, that is a pastor, who lost his young daughter the very same way about ten or twelve years ago. My hope is that I can get him to share some thoughts about what that situation was like for him and his wife.
In the meantime, the thoughts and prayers of SCL are certainly with the Chapman family. This site is by no means designed to be a news source, and any additional posts that follow today are by no means meant as making light of this day, but given the number of his fans that are currently reading I felt like it would be dishonest of me to not draw attention to this time of need for someone that has given so much to so many.
