As you know, the Bulletin Bored Contest is your chance to win a “Bag o’ Awesome” when you send in your doodles on a church bulletin or other church related materials. Now, in addition to all the previous stated awesomeness, you’ll also win the following:
1. A copy of the book, “Walk On” which details the nuances and history of U2’s spirituality.
2. An autographed copy of Five For Fighting’s CD, America Town. (He sang the song “Superman.”)
3. An edited version of the movie “Forrest Gump.” Don’t like the scene where Jenny sings naked with the guitar? Don’t worry it’s been edited out. This comes courtesy of my father-in law who, as I wrote about, used to edit movies for his daughters. Probably illegal, but not going through proper copyright procedures is kind of a Christian thing to do.
